Principe
The Aromatic Relaxing Oil is a concentrate made up of 100% pure natural essential oils. The diffusion of the aroma immediately provides afeeling of harmony and well being, surrounding your body with a delightful sensation.

Bath: The oil produces a calming and relaxing aroma, reducing tiredness and promoting sleep.

Massage: Reduces the stress and tensions within the body. Leaving the skin soft and oil-free.

Composition
Essential oils: Orange, Ylang-Ylang, Bitter Orange, Lavander, Howood and Lavendin.
Oily extracts: Sweet Almonds and Lime.

Bath: A full bath of water at a warm temperature for 20 minutes. Run a bath between 35-37 degrees Celsius then add 2 capfuls. Before stepping in, warm a small quantity of the Aromatic Relaxing Oil in the palm of your hands and slowly massage the decollete.

Massage: Warm a small quantity of the Aromatic Relaxing Oil in the palm of your hand. Inhale the fragrance and begin to massage the whole body, starting with the feet and working to the top. Pay particular attention to tense areas.
